The shift supervisor will lead up to 5 security personnel per shift, including EMTs, at a large financial service center. The shift supervisor is fully responsible for the operational requirements of the shift, as well as the continued training and development of security officers. The supervisor will also ensure that exceptional customer service is provided at all times. Starting pay is $12.00+ per hour, plus full benefits.

Qualifications

Personal Characteristics: The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, great communication skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and prior leadership experience. Those available 2nd shift (1400-2200) and 3rd shift (2200-0600) will be given priority. Former members of the military and law enforcement are encouraged to apply.

Education

Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
  • Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) – college degree preferred
