Need care for 88yo father. He has Parkinson's disease with mild dementia. + associated weakness, fall risk. Has walker. Need help with walking help in bathroom. Can feed and dress himself, but needs food prepared.
Meds are in med box, but needs to be handed pills, reminded.
Need coverage for times indicated as my husband and I have an extended appt in the city.
May need such help again in the future.
