Now Hiring for 1st Assistant Managers!
The 1st Assistant Manager must be able to complete weekly and monthly inventories and analyze problem areas and implement program to correct. Be able to do all product ordering. Understand all “controllable” areas of restaurant P&L. Do crew reviews. Participate in first level interview process for new hires.
The Assistant Manager is also responsible for crew scheduling and maintaining proper coverage and labor costs; interviewing and hiring of crew; analyzing and implementing programs to control all controllable areas of P&L.
