Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Spot Welders in Fairfield. This is for a temp-to-hire opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. Pay:
First Shift $11.00/hour
Second Shift $11.55/hour

Schedule:
1st shift: 7:00am-3:45pm
2nd shift: 6:15pm-3:00am
*Overtime Required During Peak Season

Responsibilities for this welding operator job include:
-Understand Kanban system in welding, press and shipping departments.
-Effectively communicate any possible problems or defects with the weld machines
-Follow instructions, participate in TPM (Total Plant Management) and the cleaning of machines (weld spatter, wiping down face gauges, sweeping floor underneath machines).
-Knowledge of conducting quality checks on every part. Perform torque, destruct and thread tests.
-Complete daily operator data sheets
-Take the finished totes to inspection or to the end inspection location
-Knowledge and comprehension of quality control paperwork and checks
