Customer Service - Web Product Sales Retrievers

Web Product Sales Retrievers:

Contractors will be given an I-Phone / portable Scanner and a Walkie-Talkie and assigned to a specific Dept at Nordstrom. They will receive instructions of retrieving clothing items that can be found on the sales rack within their assigned department(s), collect it, key it / scan it into phone, and return to designated area so assigned Nordy's team members ship it out as a Web sales purchase. Very repetitive role.

They will be wearing Nordstrom t-shirts (if available - awaiting word from Nordy's), thus will likely be approaching by store customers in need of help. Our temporary assistants should have gooooood Customer Service skills in order to get these customers over to perm team members who are better versed in helping customers. As Nordstrom PRIDES itself in providing top level Customer Service, think of this when you are sourcing candidates - do they fit the role and the environment? This is important.

This is an ON YOUR FEET job; working 6-8 hours a day, thus your candidate must be very open to this requirement.

This project is "slated" to run for approx. 6+ weeks, until Jan 6th, 2017 - give or take. A few top performers could be asked to stay on an additional week or more, if they would like to. Also, top performers may be offered the chance to work some overtime, if they would like to. Our candidates MUST be flexible and available to work during this time frame.
