- Strong presentation, communication, planning and organizational skills are a must.
- Must be proficient with computing skills, e-mail and electronic database documentation
- Be willing to drive to conduct in home care consultations, quality visits, and network to referral providers in Franklin, Scott, Shelby, Spencer, Nelson, Henry, Owen, Anderson, Woodford and other counties.
- Must be able to develop new and maintain existing business relationships with referral providers
- Ability to assess, train, instruct and educate Clients and Caregivers on patient transferring techniques and personal care.
- Willing to work flexible schedule including occasional evening or weekend meetings with clients
