When? Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 9:30 am - 3:30 pm.
If you are dependable and compassionate and are looking for a long term career as a CAREGiver where you will receive the training and support you need to successfully help seniors to stay at home, we are looking for you.
No appointment necessary; walk-ins are welcome. If you prefer an appointment, call Sandra at 740-321-3330 for a specific time.
You provide us with a schedule that works around your activities, volunteer work, other job, and/or family, and we will match you with local seniors who need your assistance to live at home instead of living anywhere else. Work in Zanesville providing senior care.
Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.
Our pay levels are NOT accurately reflected in the comments section that may appear on some job web sites. Our wages are competitive and we offer an annual bonus, holiday worked are paid at time and a half, and CAREGivers can earn short notice bonuses. - Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Assistance with grooming and bathing
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
- Assistance with errands and transportation
- Alzheimer’s Care
Requirements to be a CAREGiver:
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
- High School Graduate or GED
- 21 years of age or older
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
