Home Instead Senior Care is currently seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our agency! All applicants must have their New York State RN License. Any home health care experience will be considered a plus. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Start of services assessments on new patients
- Perform In-home assessments and subsequent re-assessments for existing patients
- Develop and implement plan of care for patients in conjunction with patient’s Physician.
- Supervisory visits of HHA's
- Complete and submit assessment paperwork in a timely and organized manner
- Candidates must be willing to cover our Westchester & Putnam County territory to assess cases.
- Position has advancement opportunities
