Distribution Center Human Resources Supervisor

Our DC Human Resources Supervisors play a critical role in our
company's success by being true business partners with our distribution
center's management team. This individual will facilitate the resolution
of significant employment challenges including, but not limited to,
investigations, conflict resolution, handling negotiations, union
avoidance and collective bargaining environments, hiring programs,
turnover reduction and agency charges. In addition, the position will
focus on hiring and retaining top talent in our DC as we continue to get
the right parts to the right places at the right time.

Skills/Qualifications

Experience in handling negotiations, union avoidance and collective
bargaining environments
Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations including; NLRA,
EEO, FMLA, OSHA, FLSA, etc.
Excellent knowledge of Human Resources Management principles, practices
and procedures
Experience in creating, monitoring, enhancing and evaluating
recruitment programs
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy and the
highest level of discretion
Good presentation skills to various sized groups
Ability to exercise good judgment and make independent decisions
Ability to work well and communicate, both written and verbally, with
employees at all levels throughout the organization
Strong organization skills with a keen ability to prioritize and
multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
Bilingual not required, but preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
preferred
