As part of our development team, you will predominantly be involved in building business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications. You'll stretch your skills and grow your careers as a primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with the established specifications and business requirements in order to deliver business value.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them
Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
Participate in the development of business strategy
Develop and manage business plans to achieve objectives
Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
Deploy and maintain Applications/Systems
Candidate should have experience articulating solutions to stakeholders as this role involves discussion at various levels with business users
Responsible for provide solution design, perform demo for the Gaps solution from standard Oracle EBS solution sets as well customized solutions
Very good understanding of implementation life cycle and must have worked as a lead consultant for Various Oracle EBS suites/ Products
Can independently solution business requirements and recommend industry best practices
Recommend, develops and executes plans for additional software module implementations based on business requirements and act as technical advisor of development resources
Prepare design documentation and work with application delivery resources as necessary to support business requirements

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Development experience
10+ years of experience working with Oracle Database, Unix, Oracle SOA
15+ years of total experience working on Oracle Products
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle Engineered Systems (Exalogic / Supercluster)
Experience in solution architecture and writing functional specifications, functional solution design for technical development
Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration and support
Consulting skills: self-motivated, team oriented, positive attitude, with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Excellent written and verbal communication including presentation skills
Business process analysis and redesign experience, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, business process redesign and implementation
Possess strong leadership skills
