Primary Responsibilities:


Support incidents, problems, enhancements, and projects for Facets platform

Recommend appropriate solutions for incidents (e.g., workarounds, root-cause fixes/enhancements, effort estimates)

Proactively manage issues/risks and escalate them as needed in a timely manner

Effectively collaborate with numerous technology and business teams across multiple locations

Drive problem resolution and document root cause

Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Create and maintain support documentation

Participate in Release Entry Framework activities to help ensure quality deployments into production

Work closely with stakeholders and business leaders to demonstrate the highest levels of customer service, communication, productivity, and professionalism

Required Qualifications:


5+ years of experience in development, support, or systems analysis working with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

2+ years of experience developing and/or reviewing SQL scripts (on Oracle or something similar)

Ability to do some off hours support (happens about once a month currently)
Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with healthcare systems analysis or IT development

Technical lead experience

Facets application experience

IT Production Support experience

Intermediate SQL experience

Oracle experience

Agile experience
