Senior Facets Configuration Systems Analyst - MN, AZ, or IN - Full-time / Part-time

This position will office from Eden Prairie, Phoenix, or Indianapolis.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and mentor junior Configuration Analysts on the team
Architect, prototype, design and document, code & test Facets Medical Plan, Product, Provider, Pricing, Subscriber / member, Claims, Utilization Management, Finance, Billing, Accounting, Customer service, workflow, security, etc. application configurations to support new and existing business requirements for migration projects, new implementation and current production
Work closely with business operations teams to develop and evaluate business requirements and, prepare configuration architecture, design and specifications to develop configurations on Facets, NetworX & Workflow
Develop configuration components for new business requirements and updates to existing requirements, following the established architecture and global design
Correct production configuration problems
Devise or modify procedures / configurations that solve complex business problems with due consideration to rate of change , flexibility and ease of maintenance of these configurations
Create, analyze and revise existing configuration documentation and PnPs
Experience in Agile / Lean (Scrum and Kanban) methodology and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Supports IT programs and implementations by influencing development of new products or services, and business processes
Influence and provide input to forecasting and planning activities
Identify patterns within quantitative data, draw conclusions and recommend solutions and approaches
Manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines
Lead & conduct Configuration analyses, design & delivery in an Agile (Scrum / Kanban) setting
Ability to work effectively with minor supervision
 
 
 

Required Qualifications: 

6+ years of TriZetto FACETS configuration experience
6+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Configuration Analysis, Design, Documentation, and/or Development & testing
6+ years of experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
5+ years of experience translating business requirements into detailed system specification
Experience working in an Agile environment or familiarity with Agile methodology
Comprehensive knowledge of the Individual Healthcare markets and products
 
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with Trizetto NetworX or Grouper
Professional experience as a Systems Analyst integrating FACETS in an enterprise architecture
Experience leading Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with other areas of the organization  and influence outcomes
