For more information, please visit This position is responsible for developing and managing the communication of all Merchandising guidelines and plan-o-grams; standards as they relate to products and/or services and campaign collateral for all T-Mobile Retail stores to support our Un-carrier Brand attributes.
  • 3 5 years experience in Retail store management, operations, communications or visual presentation (knowledge of planograms)
  • Successful history in developing and executing retail merchandising/communications tools from the ground up. Strong Retail store visual merchandising abilities. Proven ability to develop and communicate clearly and effectively all types of Merchandising guidelines to the Retail stores, working with all levels of management.
  • Strong time-management, project management and organization skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple overlapping projects
  • Strong attention to detail

Desired
  • Extensive retail store background plus including guideline creation, store merchandise presentation, store space allocation and fixture capacity
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and InDesign
  • Agency and vendor management experience

Education
Minimum Required
  • Bachelors Degree. Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Additional work experience considered in lieu of degree

Essential Functions
  • Manage all visual Merchandising direction to the field via My Merch (i.e. plan-o-grams for Floor Set & Handset, Collateral), promotional Floor Set checklists, and all other Frontline Merchandising communications, in collaboration with CMM, Marketing and Sales Ops Communications Teams. Ensure My Merch is accurate, easy to comprehend and evolving with the needs of the business.
  • Manage all systems (ie. My Merch) delivering or supporting merchandising guidelines including user access, reporting, content maintenance, and store and fixture information.
  • Develop communication to support Merchandising direction to the field via My Merch. All Retail POP collateral to deliver on Company and Marketing initiatives, for all channels and store types in collaboration with CMM and Accessories Teams. Communicate Merchandising resources including standards, processes, future projects or fixture rollouts to Retail locations.
  • Support the development of frontline Merchandising plans campaign capacity needs, quarterly frontline calls with CM&M Team, Sales Comm. Team, Sales & Marketing leadership to review upcoming campaign change outs.
  • Provide Merchandising support for the Frontline by managing the My Merch Issues, Merchandising email box(es), C2 content, and direct communication.
  • Support Field Merchandising accountability by providing reporting, auditing tools and partnering with local Area Merchandising Leads.
  • Participates in regular store field visits to help with campaign resets (at least 2/year), provide support, training and elicit feedback, "Inspect what we expect."
