About this job
Our client out of McLean, VA is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator who specializes in the SCA and DBA contractual fields. Below are some of the job responsibilities:
* Subject Matter Expert on Service Contract Act (SCA) and Davis Bacon Act (DBA) contracts
* Define programming specifications to required for monthly SCA fringe benefits obligation analysis
* Train and support SSC HR team to perform H&W payment calculations providing oversight and final check
* Maintain WD database tracking 7,000 contracts subject to SCA (contract value over $5 billion)
* Assist Business with conformance procedure of mapping job duties to WD specified occupations
* Prepare annual regulatory required filings for SCA contracts
* Provide supporting schedules for DoL audits demonstrating compliance and good record keeping
* Facilitate the development and implementation of automated processes
* Interface with various departments such as Human Resources, CostPoint, Retirement Programs, Contracts, Pricing, Payroll, IT, Compensation, Legal and Outside Legal Counsel and Business orgs to ensure compliance with SCA throughout the lifecycle of the contracts
Job Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience as a contracts administrator
* Experience with both of the SCA and DBA
* College Degree from an accredited university
