As a Product Manager for Medicaid and Affordable Care Act programs, you will be vital to our success and drive future growth. In this role you will provide leadership in the management and development of the Medicaid and Affordable Care Act products. You will be empowered to do your best to develop the strategy and vision for product roadmaps, establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders, provide oversight of operational execution and evaluate product performance to enhance our mission of helping people live healthier lives.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Program management and oversight; outcomes / performance monitoring
Drive fundamental execution by navigating and influencing multiple cross - functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment
Think strategically, and creatively, to establish and drive value proposition
Proactively monitor and manage operational challenges
Support the development of marketing / sales strategies and new client implementations
Manage cross - segment projects and initiatives that require problem solving, relationship building, influencing and analyzing
Lead design of comprehensive reporting package, for use by internal and external stakeholders, that demonstrates operational performance and program value
Conduct client meetings to present product performance

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of Product Management / Product development experience
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with Medicaid
Risk adjustment experience
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence without authority
Effectively communicate (verbal and written) at all levels of the organization
Strong attention to details
