Maintenance Manager $60-$68K - Full-time / Part-time

West Dallas beverage manufacturing company is now hiring an experience Maintenance Manager !!

As the Maintenance Manager you must ensure the maximum conservation and function of the equipment, generating added value, helping the developing of all the activities and the objectives of production. You must also manage all employees and follow all the responsibilities that fall within the Department.

  Maintenance Manager Job Duties & Responsibilities: 
• Responsible for the general maintenance of the production area, the building, the common areas and grounds.
• Responsible for prioritizing repair and maintenance tasks to insure a smooth and uninterrupted workflow.   
• Responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for the production equipment, the general building, common areas and grounds. 
• Responsible for the overall management, training and development of any maintenance support staff as assigned according to the equipment in the facility
• Responsible for compliance with all local, State and Federal laws as they relate to the maintenance of the plant and equipment.
• Responsible for interacting with other Production Management, Production Supervision and the Senior Management of the Company.
• Responsible for maintaining all maintenance related documentation and records including the MSDS of all lubricants, grease, etc. used for all the equipment in the facility
• Responsible for miscellaneous other tasks assigned by Senior Management from time to time and as needed and directed. Said tasks may involve work outside of the primary facility
• Responsible of removing any equipment that needs repair from processing area if line is still processing
• Responsible of notifying QA & Sanitation Department when equipment has been repaired and it’s ready for a wash down
• Responsible of maintaining work area clean and clear, and reconciling of all tools used
• Responsible of having equipment ready and calibrated before the start of production
• Responsible of following all GMP’s and Food Safety procedures established in the facility

5-6 years experience in Food Manufacturing REQUIRED.  Knowledge and experience in Lean manufacturing preferred.  Must be able to work 1st, 2nd or split shift as needed as well as Saturdays. 

$60-68K
