A locally owned commercial construction company is searching for an Administrative Assistant to a member of their senior management team. The right person for this role will have previous Administrative experience in a construction company or similar type of industry.

Duties:

- Answer the phones and handle any walk-in inquiries

- Enter accounts payable information from invoices process payments and filing to be paid invoices

- Make hotel reservations for construction crews going out of town on projects

- Sorting and delivering all mail

Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable with customer service types of questions

- Able to be detail oriented and meet deadlines

- Works well in a team environment

- Can handle a multi phone line system
