Our Client is an information management company. Their business is collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide a comprehensive and simplified set of results to our customers to create a competitive advantage through interpretation and use. They integrate and develop new technology solutions, provide business process outsourcing services and combine human and computer intelligence for data-mining, analytics and more. The customer success is at the heart of everything they do.
Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Executive will work closely with the Sr. Executive team to develop leads from previous Executive contacts and schedule appointments. The company is well established and respected in the areas of Process Outsourcing, Technology and Consulting Services. Currently the company is building out their growth oriented Healthcare business unit with a focus on Data Security and Data Breach protection techinques. Successful candidates will be able to follow up on existing leads and work to schedule appointments for the Sr. Executive team. Unlike other inside Sales Positions, this is not a high pressure, quick sell. The focus is on a consultative approach dealing with leadership in Healthcare Institutions.
Skills and experience:
$16/hr to $20/hr base salary. Bonus target of $15,000 to $20,000 depending on performance. There is no cap to bonus and there is a potential to earn significantly more than target.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service
- Ability to follow-up with potential clients in an orderly and structured method
- Experience in related Healthcare fields preferred but not required
- Must be able to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience and/or knowledge with standard network, IT terms and technology a plus
- Very basic understanding of Data Security and Privacy technology is preferred
