We are currently hiring individuals with the following experience: lead teller, lead cashier, retail key holder, shift supervisor. Banking experience is not required.
As a Supervisor you will be part of the management team and will provided leadership in sales and operations. You will lead in the promotion of TCF as a full-service bank; implement new product promotions and generate referrals to meet targeted branch goals. You will maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure accuracy of transactions processed within established guidelines.

- Provide leadership in sales and operations.
- Coach, train, provide work direction and communicate feedback to branch staff.
- Serve as a resource to all branch personnel when dealing with difficult situations and transactions.
- Maintain security measures and vault requirements established by management.
- Ensure branch personnel are trained in policies and procedures, federal and state laws.
- Maintain audit compliance.
- Effectively manage branch functions.
Required
- Twelve months work experience in any of these roles: lead teller, lead cashier, retail key holder and/or shift supervisor.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide work direction and motivate others.
- Strong interest in sales.
- Known to be reliable, dependable and responsible.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
