Aerotek has TWO Lab Assistant/Sample Handling opportunities open with a world renown Contract Research Organization in Indianapolis. The primary role of candidates will be to receive in samples being delivered, process the samples by scanning the boxes of samples, unpacking them, scanning the samples into their internal system, organizing the samples correctly on where they need to go to a lab for testing or to storage.
Candidates must follow correct SOP's while handling the samples and documenting their work. This position is very fast paced, requires candidates to be on their feet a majority of day, work in 1-2 station areas, and keep information documented in the system in real time.
You must be able to commit to at least one of the Tuesday through Saturday shifts:
- One opening on 5am-2pm (or later) shift
- One opening on 11am-7pm
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor Degree
- 1 year of work experience in a fast paced environment (retail, food, warehouse, etc)
