About this job

General Description:
The Quality Management Specialist (QMS) is responsible for the execution of deliverables and outputs for the Quality Management system. The QMS works closely with Operations, R&D, and other Quality personnel to ensure the quality of all of the Company's products utilizing quality process development, implementation and maintenance, as well as performance of daily quality assurance tasks.

QMS will report to QA/RA Manager (Cheryl Bagwell) and Director of Operations (Rick Davis)

Responsibilities:
* Assist Complaint Activities and documentation
* Assist Document Management Activities
* Assist Auditing Activities
* Review and approve technical reports
* Assist in 510(k) submissions
* Assist CAPA Activities and documentation
* Serve as Quality Representative for Product Realization and Design Controls
* Assist in Technical Dossier Management
* Lead Risk Management and Quality Improvement Activities for manufacturing and clean room facilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training:
-Bachelor Degree (scientific discipline preferred)
-2+ years related industry experience
-ISO 13485, Medical Devices training

Minimum Skill Requirements:
-Good oral and written communication skills
-Mathematical aptitude and accuracy
-Computer Competency (MSOffice products)
-Problem Solving
