Automation Technician
Should have strong troubleshooting and controls experience
Will use laptop to troubleshoot PLC's and Robotics to the component level
Should have strong wiring skills....will be given a motor and have to interpret and explain ladder logic and wire up a motor and a circuit
Must be able to interpret electrical controls and schematics...may be asked to sketch out a schematics.
Will be asked if they can create a program. Should be able to navigate trough robotics/conrols. Have a strong understanding of HMI's, servos/robotics,
Must be able to use meters/testing tools to test motors
Will interpret electrical and controls schematics

Must be able to interpret and explain ladder logic in any language (primary language is ladder logic)
Must be able to enter ladder logic into software
Must have strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience (for controls)
Must have good communication skills and good customer service skills (need to be able to go in front offices for VP's/engineeers/HR to troubleshoot systems and work with people to find root issues, determine a repair). Must be a team player and work well with others (not be abraisive or know it all, etc). Needs to be right personality fit.
