Aerotek is currently hiring for an entry level administrative assistant. We are looking for candidates that have experience working in an office setting and are excited about long term, corporate banking opportunities. Details are listed below:
Consumer Lending Administrative Assistant
Location: Worthington
Compensation: $13/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday; 8AM - 5PM
Placement: Long term, indefinite contract (12 months+)
Job Summary:
- This is a very administrative/data entry position that focuses on ordering work from their third party vendors.
- This department utilizes a portal called, Real E.C. to order Flood insurance, title work, appraisals, etc.. for consumer loans (mostly HELOC's).
- Other duties will include mailing application, sending disclosure documents, and distributing mail.
- Above anything the department needs someone who is willing to learn, can retain information, and has a "can-do" attitude and demeanor.
Qualifications:
- Reliable (Must be committed to this position and good attendance)
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, Spreadsheets)
- High School Diploma
- Communication skills - articulate to managers daily progress
- High level of initiative (someone who seeks out work)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask multiple items in different stages at once
- Great customer service skills and professionalism
- Comfortable being on the phone with vendors if needed
Plus:
- College Degree
- Mortgage/Consumer/Banking Experience
