First shift hours! (9am-6pm, 10am-7pm)
Representatives are primarily responsible for generating sales opportunities through the setting of solid appointments. Additionally, Reps are responsible for communicating with customers via phone and email, providing premium customer service, and giving T/O's when necessary.
Reps are responsible for:
- Generating adequate activity levels (depending on the reps developmental group):
- Call Volume
- Contacts
- Emails
- Adequate production (appointments, shows, etc. depending on the reps developmental group) the contribution to the individual dealerships
