Shift
Monday - Friday | 8am-5pm + Required Overtime during high work volume periods
Required
- 2+ years of related experience (Teller experience, experience doing debits and credits, or experience with accounting)
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access knowledge and experience (Must know how interests are calculated within Excel)
Education
- University Degree / College Diploma OR equivalent work experience
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
* Processes general ledger journal entries
* Research and exception analysis
* Prepare and review transaction summaries and billing statements
* Loan transfers between source application systems
* Loan sales
* Closing Fraud Accounts
* Reporting to Chex Systems
* Other Real Estate Owned (OREO) functions
* Charge Offs
* Non-Accruals
* Accrual calculations
* Perform analysis on loan transaction histories to resolve disputes
* Follows through after research is completed
* Report any concerns to management
* Follows up and resolve any exceptions
