About this job
We are looking to hire for a mechanical and electrical equipment repair company located in Decatur, IL. This is a full time permanent role that has opportunities to advance into a lead technician role.
Experience:
-Traveling within Central Illinois to customer work sites to perform industrial maintenance for installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair
-Mechanical and electrical
-Niche is currently crane and hoist
-OSHA inspections - some monthly, quarterly, annually
-Using hand and power tools
-PLC, automation, VFD - depends on customer equipment and the service work they agree to perform
Qualifications:
-2 years of industrial maintenance for installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair
-Multimeter usage
-AC/DC controls
-VFD troubleshooting
Pay:
Dependent on experience, $18+
