Manager of Operations
The Operations Manager at Chick-fil-A University at Mill oversees the day to day operations of the business. Daily operations include Quality and Customer Experience, Sales and Brand Growth, and Financial Return for the business. In addition, the operations manager works closely with the manager team and director team.

Essential Duties:
- Labor cost management for 50+ employees
- Food cost control systems
- Oversees quality and control systems
- Leadership development of the team
- Works with a team of managers
- Lead weekly Leadership meetings
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- College preferred
