Target is opening a new store in XXXXX and is currently hiring all Team Member and Team Leader positions

Team Members

• Deliver excellent  service to Target guests
• Help keep the Target brand experience consistent, positive and welcoming
• Make a difference by responding quickly and responsively to guest and team member need

Team Leaders (Hourly Department Managers)

• Lead teams that provide excellent service to Target guests, both face-to-face and by supporting sales floor teams
• Help to keep the Target brand experience consistent, positive and welcoming for guests
• Hire, supervise and train team members to achieve Target sales, service and presentation goals

Requirements

• Cheerful and helpful guest service skills
