Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data
Review the analysis and interpretation of others work
Oversee ad hoc client and operational reports developed and presented by others
Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning
Support short and long term operational / strategic business activities through analysis
Develop and implement effective / strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in business / finance analysis
Experience gathering requirements from the client / business and documenting
Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally
Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and / or inaccurate data
Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
Experience interacting with high profile customers and internal executives
Experience with databases (MS SQL and / or Oracle)
Experience leading teams and effectively conveying ideas and vision
Able to communicate effectively with multi-national teams
Willingness to take on new and different responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Agile / Scrum product development environments (Certified Agile Product Owner)
Medical coding and / or clinical experience
