- Location: North Central Iowa (2 hrs from Des Moines)
- Facility Details: 25 Bed Hospital, Level 4 Trauma Center, 4K Annual ER Volume
- Assignment Info: 24 Hour Call on Weekdays & Weekends, Will See Clinic Patients & Perform Scheduled Surgeries
- Cases: Bread and Butter Cases, Scopes & C-Sections (average 3 c-sections/month)
- Requirements: Active IA License, IA CSR - Board Certification NOT Required
