  • In a level 1 branch, incumbent is responsible for total profit and loss for the branch. 
  • Responsible for successfully leading, managing and directing sales
  • Monitors staffing levels, expenditures, asset equipment utilization and inventory levels to ensure maximum profit margins. 
  • Assists senior management in the development and preparation of the branch's annual budget, and is responsible for the execution of that budget.
  • Ensures proper acquisition business integration.
  • Ensures the effective operation and management of all functional areas of the branch such as customer service, accounts receivable, clinical and distribution. 
  • Implements and maintains office procedures and controls in compliance with company policies. 
  • Ensures facility is maintained in an attractive, safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensures operational procedures comply with federal, state, local and Joint Commission regulations. 
  • Assists in developing, interpreting and implementing new policies.
  • Coordinates the implementation of new programs.
  • Ensures achievement of accounts receivable objectives for the branch in accordance with company standards.
  • Responsible for hiring, coaching, performance appraisal and disciplining of subordinate staff.
  • Ensures project deadlines and performance standards are established and met.
  • Creates an environment of excellence in serving customers. 
  • Ensures that customers receive the best possible service. 
  • Troubleshoots problem areas and initiates corrective action. 
  • Handles non-routine problems and inquiries from patients, physicians, referral sources and others.
  • Responsible for implementing Performance Improvement Process and demonstrating improved outcomes.
  • Assists in directing the local sales function. 
  • Assists in the development of budgeted sales goals and ensures sales goals are attained. 
  • Assists in evaluating and analyzing sales activities.
  • Assists in developing sales strategies.
  • Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.
Qualification:
  • Education or experience equivalent to a four year college degree is required. 
  • At least three years related experience is required.
