Firestone Building Products is excited to announce its move of the U.S. headquarters to Nashville, Tennessee in 2017. This position will require relocation at that time.

Position Summary:

TheStrategic AccountManager, Lining and Landscaping Products will have direct responsibility for all aspects of Firestone's Lining and Landscaping Product Line. They will be charged with the development of a comprehensive business plan, collaboration with marketing team, and development of sales team. The Strategic Manager will manage both the top and bottom lines of the business, with a focus on aggressive year over year growth and market penetration.

Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for meeting aggressive growth budgets and selling to targeted gross margins. They will directly manage the Lining sales force and will be responsible for having top to bottom key influential relationships with our top customer accounts. In addition success requires a close liaison with marketing, product management, International Sales Managers and other stakeholders within the corporate team. This requires the successful candidate to have high levels of energy, enthusiasm, professionalism and integrity coupled with a persuasive but collaborative selling approach. High level presentation skills are a must. The position requires approximately 40% travel.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 10 year progressive sales experience
  • Sales Management preferred
