Full time permanent PT position at an SNF in Arlington, VA
We are looking for a self-motivated, licensed physical therapist (or soon to be) to join our facilities. Competitive salary, medical and dental benefits, and various opportunities for professional growth included for the right candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Review patient's medical records to help determine diagnosis and physical therapy treatment required. Evaluate, care for and provide direct treatment for patients.
•Plan, prepare and perform individually designed treatment programs to maintain, improve and/or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and/or prevent physical dysfunction in patients.
•Document patient progress and plan for re-evaluation.
•Evaluate effectiveness of treatment at various stages and adjust treatment to achieve maximum benefit.
•Provide patients with a meaningful rehab experience utilizing excellent clinical skills and customer service.
•Strong communication skills for accurate, concise, and organized verbal and written interactions with patients and co-workers.
•Must have graduated from an accredited institution.
•Candidate who DOES NOT require sponsorship
• Possess current state Physical Therapist license or are in the process of obtaining licensure for current state.
