The purpose of this position is to warmly and enthusiastically greet customers as they enter our premier Flagship location in Van Nuys, CA. In order to be successful, the Retail Stock Greeter should understand how to communicate with people in a fast paced environment. This position is responsible for registering customers in the store’s queuing system, providing general information, managing the traffic flow and appearance of the store, and maintaining inventory levels. This position operates in a team environment and strives to achieve established personal and performance goals.

Essential Job Functions:
· Provide consistent excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
· Enthusiastically greet customers upon entering and exiting the Retail Store.
· Maintain store appearance by organizing/replenishing promotional brochures and collateral
· Ensure all demo stations are working as expected.
· Neat and professional appearance required.
· Produce daily, weekly, monthly reports on equipment inventory and transactions made at store.
· Receive, open, and unpack warehouse deliveries.
· Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with equipment.
· Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished.
· Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
· Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
· College Degree and a minimum of 3 years Sales/Customer Service/Retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· A proven track record of being a trend setter and knowing how to effectively communicate with our customers

· Available to work assigned shift as within guidelines and accommodate a flexible retail schedule.
· Computer knowledge required for data/order entry.
· Basic math skills required, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers accurately.
· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt and multitask in a dynamic environment.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
· Ability to handle equipment with accuracy.
· Ability to travel to other stores to cover as needed.
