Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Relationship Specialist / Investment Specialist for an immediate temp-hire or possible direct hire opportunity available in the Fairfax area.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer superior customer service to company’s elite and highest net worth clients
  • Participate in client meetings for investment and service reviews
  • Maintain client portfolios in accordance with compliance guidelines
  • Respond by email and phone to all client service requests
  • Deliver customized service to clients seeking a personalized high-touch experience
  • Document and communicate strategy discussions with management team on behalf of clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4-5 years previous wealth management, financial /investment firm experience preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills are required to communicate via telephone and  face-to-face consultations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment required
  • Salary negotiable and based upon industry and years of experience.
