CPI Revenue Specialist

Job Description:
-The CPI (Collateral Protection Insurance)Revenue Specialist makes outbound calls or web inquiries to insurance companies to verify adequate insurance on contracts. This position will cancel CPI policies and will accurately process CPI cancellations including performing insurance verification according to procedures. Will be making outbound calls 80% of the time.

Job Duties:
-Accurately performs insurance verifications by performing outbound calls to Insurance Agents/Regional Offices or researches approved Websites to verify insurance information as needed for each specific situation.
-Ability to research contracts history events to make many determinations of the process needed.
-Accurately processes CPI cancellations by approved and published procedures.
-Follow up and resolves problems or issues relative to insurance coverage.
-Accurately composes written information for contracts histories.
-Processes insurance information received from agents.
-Process all Contract, Collateral, and Coverage status types within the request of the Lender.
