An Aerotek Healthcare client, located in Manassas, VA is seeking to hire four Customer Service Representatives to handle customer call concerns and questions with a high volume, fast paced environment.
The Customer Service Representative will be handling data entry duties to process customer orders, quotes, and customer data via an automated system computer system.
The Customer Service Representative will need to produce the appropriate quantity and quality of work while adhering to all departmental standard operating procedures and work instructions. The Customer Service Representative will need to maintain a high standard of work quality to meet the deadlines that are set.

The Customer Service Representative needs to complete their work in a timely, consistent manner and maintaining the best work possible within the role.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for effectively responding to customer questions while resolving customer problems to the customer's satisfaction.
This individula will need to have a team approach when dealing with customers and follow-up to evaluate customer satisfaction.
