About this job

  • This person is going to primarily be working to help support the Billing office specifically with AP and some AR. The AR is minor and not true collections calls but this background will help for this opportunity. AP is going to be a majority of the job. They will also be helping Estimators and PMs with their proposals and quotes as well. There is a lot of internal communication so ability to work with multiple people at once since AP is dealing with POs from the different folks.
  • They need someone who will help where-ever needed and can do multiple tasks at once. There may be some customer service (answering call center calls occasionally) so need to be comfortable but it's not a big part by any means.
  • Computer savvy
  • Someone who has a strong Admin background
  • Knowledge/experience with AP
