Director of Sales - Full-time / Part-time

A long standing Merchant Services company with 30 years of operational experience is expanding into the Tampa Bay area. The right person for this role will currently be living in the Tampa Bay region and will be familiar with the competition in the area. Specifically they are looking for people to live near St. Petersburg. In this role. The Sales Director will be required to build a team of sales associates and hit sales targets for themselves and their team.

Job Functions:

• Recruit and manage 1099 Sales Representatives
• Train and develop the team to hit sales targets
• Identify and solicit new revenue growth opportunities
• Prepare weekly and monthly forecast reports
• Present key opportunities to the executive management team
• Achieve all monthly sales goals, both personally and team wide.

Skills:

• Must have at least 5 years of Merchant Services sales experience
• Prefer a person with at least 2 years of recruiting and management experience
• Strong team building and leadership skills
• A proven track record of success as a producer and manager
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
