Job Summary:
Client in Visalia is looking for a Permit Technician. Individual will be responsible in aiding the development of all land and jurisdictional matters related to the design and installation of ground systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Client in Visalia is looking for a Permit Technician. Individual will be responsible in aiding the development of all land and jurisdictional matters related to the design and installation of ground systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish, manage and maintain jurisdictional relationships.
- that indicates:
- Easements
- Boundaries
- Title Constraints
- Flood plain.
- Conduct preliminary field surveys using surveying instruments. These surveys will be used to develop and coordinate system layout for installation.
- Define scope of work for licensed surveyors.
- Define scope of work for Geotechnical reports and/or Pull Testing
- Define scope of work for Civil Engineering including all BFE civil needs.
- Assist the installation team during construction by answering RFI’s and questions related to site/civil matters.
- Exceptional skills in AutoCAD 2016 and AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a tenacious attitude towards solving problems.
- Experience operating field surveying equipment.
- Ability to work with and communicate to Authorities Having Jusridictions.
- Upper level civil design program courses a plus.
