As a Sr. Manager of Product Management, you will be vital to our success and drive future growth. In this role you will provide leadership in the management of in-market Synchronization products. You will be empowered to do your best to develop the strategy and vision for ensuring in-market solutions achieve their targeted goals and objectives and help Optum enhance our mission of helping people live healthier lives.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Opportunity to join newly formed Product team focused on developing and managing innovative market solutions that connect Optum’s Pharmacy and Care Management solutions in an effort to deliver better member outcomes and exceptional value to our clients
As part of the “Synchronization” Product team, role will work across key Optum businesses including OptumRx and Consumer Solutions Group
Manage in-market solutions to ensure targets are being achieved and when necessary navigate cross-functional teams to resolve identified gaps 
For strategic customers with custom product requirements in place, role will be accountable for both delivery of product goals / requirements as well as leading innovation efforts to achieve targeted goals / requirements
Think strategically, and creatively, about how the consumer experience should work  translating a vision to processes and requirements
Navigate and influence multiple cross-functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment
Forecast revenue or savings opportunities associated with product management initiatives
Manage cross-segment projects and initiatives that require problem solving, relationship building, influencing and analyzing
Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
Influence innovation across teams to ensure aligned; cohesive progress across technology, marketing, and service operations

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
7+ years of Product Management / Product development experience
Proficiency with MS Office applications(min of 3 years exp)
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Degree
