Catering Sales Customer Service Representative/ Catering Assistant Responsibilities:

·       Receptionist Skills: Assisting orders, consulting customers, phone order customer service

·       Organize, supervise and schedule all delivery and pick-up orders 

·       Ensuring all orders are 100% COMPLETE AND ACCURATE

·       Building guest relations, developing opportunities to grow sales with current and potential catering customers

·       Catering Sales Marketing

Catering Sales Customer Service Representative/ Catering Assistant Requirements:

·       Attention to detail, organization skills, common knowledge of sales marketing strategies

·       Receptionist skills: phone skills, written communication skills, punctuality

Work/Life Balance 

Our Catering Sales Customer Service Representative/catering Assistants work Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. You will know your schedule months in advance and will have 2 days completely off each week. Cafe Zupas is closed Sunday to ensure our staff has time to spend with their family and friends!

At Café Zupas we are all about training! You will receive a 16 shift, state of the art training experience, every coordinator is trained as a line server, cross-trained to work every station, you will learn how to make salads, sandwiches, pour soups, greet customers at the door and even cashier! You will then spend time in training as a driver and on to Coordinator training. Every day is something new, fun and never repetitive! Our managers are by your side every step of the way working and developing every team member to their fullest capabilities!
