A food manufacturing company local to the greater Grand Rapids area is looking for a production supervisor responsible for an entire sanitation/production line on the 3rd shift.
Responsibilities Include:
- overseeing the line operators
- preventative maintenance and sanitation on the line
- greasing bearings, changing belts, replacing motors, and troubleshooting issues with the line.
- working hand in hand with the maintenance team
- delegating tasks to the line operators
- run and help set up the sanitation department
- evaluating the line operators skill sets
