About this job
One of our Waterloo accounts has a Groundskeeping/Maintenance position for the qualified applicant to join our team! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintain landscaped areas with the use of mowers, cutters, edgers and other necessary hand and mechanical equipment; maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; report other maintenance or repair issues, unsafe conditions and inventory shortages; maintains snow removal; maintains appropriate salt control on grounds and performs other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time position, $13/hour, Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with flexibility as required by seasonal schedule and weather conditions.
Requirements include: a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, self-motivated, dependable, focused and hard-working. A CDL license is beneficial.
