Seasonal Sales Associate Job Overview - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Seasonal Sales Associate Job Overview.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Job Purpose – Serves customers by helping them select HoneyBaked products, while maintaining company customer service standards.

Duties

• Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
• Directs customers to sampling area and counter, suggesting items.
• Advises customers by providing information on products.
• Helps customers make selections by offering suggestions and opinions.
• Gathers products for customers and places products in totebags.
• Keeps customers informed on products for future interest
• Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results.
• Models the HoneyBaked guideline for customer service by using established processes and tools.
• Helps monitor product quality.
• Provided support with clean up and stocking of telephone, counter, lobby, and freezer area
