We are in search of an assertive, detail-oriented individual who can be tactfully persuasive and has the ability to make independent decisions. You'll play a key role in evaluating processes and procedures in this challenging role.
 
Primary Responsibilities:


Responsible for the complete implementation process of all products & services for UnitedHealthcare National Accounts new business and existing accounts
Serves as the key point person for customers during implementation providing expertise, value added services, and ensures case readiness and customer satisfaction
Leads and manages the Account management team to ensure all targets are met
Represents client internally and coordinates with other functions to implement client systems, complete projects, and addresses service needs throughout the implementation
Serves as the risk mitigator throughout the implementation ensuring accuracy and timeliness on the entire implementation
Responsible for the overall success of the implementation

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree or Higher
3+ years of Healthcare experience
3+ years of Account Management experience
Experienced with Microsoft Office
3+ years of project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with health benefits implementation
Experience managing or supervising project teams
