Supporting one SLT and two VPs within the UnitedHealth group Corporate Benefits department
Requires strong skills in the areas of relationship management, organization and project management
Work closely with other executives and their executive assistants, as well as with colleagues at all levels in the organization
Managing calendars, coordinating travel and preparing expense reports
Serve as the team's point of contact for technology requests and new-hire on-boarding
Make meeting arrangements, coordinate meeting schedules, and schedule and set up resources and technology required for meetings and events (e.g., conference rooms, catering, WebEx and telepresence)
Answer incoming calls and facilitate handling of requests for information, and will independently perform varied administrative duties related to the Total Rewards functional area
Serve as the face of the Total Rewards function as he or she greets visiting clients, guests and employees
Strong Microsoft Word skills and basic PowerPoint skills are required, as this individual will support the Corporate Benefits executive team by printing, creating and editing Microsoft Office documents
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal), an ability to handle highly confidential information, have a poised and polished presence, and will work well in a team environment

Requirements

Required Qualifications:   

3 or more years of experience supporting leaders in an administrative support function
Experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
Experience working with Microsoft Office including creating and drafting documents from scratch
Experience using PowerPoint to edit and print presentations
Experience working with Microsoft Excel to enter and edit data and print spreadsheets
Experience arranging travel
Experience managing leader’s complex calendars
Experience managing travel and expense reports
