Job Description: 

As a Manager in Training with Weed Man Lawn Care, you will be jump starting your career with the largest Franchised Lawn Care Company in North America!  You will be playing a key role in driving our marketing efforts in the upcoming season, as you also learn about all aspects of our business and receive outstanding real-world, Management experience.  

Requirements: 

• Recruit, train, and supervise a Field Marketing Team to generate leads for our upcoming marketing season.  
• Supervising a large team, with clear benchmarked goals, toward success 
• Shadow Sales Manager, to learn all aspects of our marketing department
• Develop Management skills and abilities, for future role with the company

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma, some college education is an asset. 
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Superior organization and attention to detail 
• Driven, results-oriented personality
• Valid Drivers License
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management
• Previous sales or industry experience is an asset but is not required
