SIT. STAY. EAT. DOUBLE DOGS CHOWHOUSE (www.doubledogs.biz) is coming to the LOUISVILLE - MIDDLETOWN AREA! DOUBLE DOGS CHOWHOUSE is currently hiring LINE COOKS/PREP COOKS/DISHWASHERS to be a part of our EXCITING NEW RESTAURANT/SPORTS BAR CONCEPT that RANKED #1 IN "BEST OF NASHVILLE"!
We take pride in our restaurant and the products we serve. At all times, we expect our LINE COOKS/PREP COOKS/DISHWASHERS to prepare and present our menu and kitchen with consistency and a sense of pride. Our LINE COOKS/PREP COOKS/DISHWASHERS are 100% responsible for producing our thoughtfully crafted menu.

Requirements:
•    Maintain a Guest focus AND a positive attitude while performing all duties.
•    Communicates clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel
•    Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served
•    Able to exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift.
•    Follows directions for use of equipment and production of all recipes.
•    Knows and consistently complies with Double Dogs standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
•    Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items using Double Dogs recipes for cooking with ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment
•    Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products on line stations to assure a smooth service period
•    Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, floors and all equipment
•    Follows proper plate presentation and set up for all dishes
•    Handles, stores, labels, dates and rotates all products properly and consistently
•    Comply with all company guidelines regarding Food Safety and Personal Safety
•    Completes required tasks within assigned time frames
•    Assists in food prep, maintenance, cleanliness and/or other kitchen duties during off-peak periods as assigned
•    Opens and/or closes the kitchen properly and follows the appropriate procedures for kitchen set-up, breakdown, and cleanliness.
•    Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
•    Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
