Massage Envy currently has an opening for an individual with a "Can-do" attitude and very strong organizational skills to fill our open General Manager of Sales "in training" position. The ideal candidate is a positive communicator with a high degree of self-motivation combined with a sense of urgency. This is a great opportunity to provide hands-on, results-focused leadership to a team, and participate in the financial rewards of the clinic's success. The position is full-time and the schedule varies.

**This is a sales, customer service and management position and NOT a clerical, office manager position.** (Only qualified candidates will be considered.)

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Building, motivating and leading a high-performing team that genuinely cares about the health and wellness of every customer
  • Leading clinic staff to achieve financial, operational and customer service goals.
  • Coaching front-desk employees on scheduling appointments with accuracy and recommending enhanced services
  • Coaching front desk employees on sales of our wellness plans
  • Ensuring clinic systems, processes and policies are followed consistently.
  • Provide training, guidance and confident leadership.
  • Maintaining a professional and impeccable clinic environment for employees and customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous membership sales experience preferred.
  • Three years of direct management experience
  • Goal-oriented
  • Knowledge of financial reporting
  • Successful interviewing practices
  • Proven coaching experience
  • Great, positive communication skills
  • Driven
  • Previous sales and/or retail customer service experience
  • Advancement available

Our competitive compensation package includes base salary plus performance base bonus. A manager in their first year can expect to make $28,000-$35000 (base salary plus bonus). Higher compensation available with advancement.
